Mr. Moodhe is an honorably discharged U.S. Air Force Veteran who served in a top-secret clearance capacity assigned to an elite airbase ground defense unit that was responsible for safeguarding military installations and high priority assets vital to national security.
Adam continues to serve the community in the role that he plays as a Duty Officer of EMA (Emergency ,Management Agency) that works closely with NIPAS/MFF (Northern Illinois Police Alarm System/ Mobile Field Force).
Adam’s certifications and specialized training include Principles of Emergency Management, Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Management and Operations, Incident Command System (ICS) , National Weather Service Storm Spotter, METRA Incident response.
Adam is an expert in emergency response and management making Adam a superb incident commander with the ability to demonstrate leadership in times of emergency crisis and despair that can come from weather disasters (tornados, thunderstorm. strong winds, lightning, flooding, fire ,civil unrest, acts of violence, active/mass shooting).
Another specialty that Adam possesses is conducting both physical safety and security assessments in order to identify potential breaches and or flaws which is a service that is provided by Total Protection Consultants, Inc. known as RAVA (Risk Assessment Vulnerability Analysis) created and designed for Schools, Universities, Workplace / Business and Manufacturing, Healthcare, Places of Worship and other Religious Facilities, Aviation, Transportation, as well as outdoor Venues.
As the Vice President of Operations, Adam over sees the agencies field operations that include but are not limited to conducting search and rescue (land and water), overseeing and supervising field agents (Special Response, Officers, Personal Protection Officers, and Undercover Surveillance Investigators).
Adam is also a member of Total Protection Consultants, Inc.’s violent crimes task force that provides services to victims of Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence.
